These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WedSpeech.ai (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WedSpeech.ai, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

2. Description of Service

WedSpeech.ai generates personalized wedding speeches from the details you provide. The Service includes:

• A multi-step form to collect the information needed for your speech
• Speech previews before purchase
• Full-length speeches with variations, depending on the package you choose
• Delivery by email and access through a secure online portal

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. WedSpeech.ai does not require you to create an account, but you must provide a valid email address and accurate information to generate and receive your speech.

4. User Content and Acceptable Use

By submitting information to WedSpeech.ai, you confirm that you have the right to provide it, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that information to generate your speech.

You agree not to:

• Submit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or infringes another person's rights
• Use the Service to generate content that is fraudulent, deceptive, or intended to impersonate another person
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its output to third parties
• Use the Service in a way that violates any applicable law

5. Intellectual Property

Speeches generated for you are yours to use, modify, and deliver at your wedding. You may not:

• Sell or redistribute the generated speeches as your own product
• Claim the generated content as your own intellectual property for purposes other than your personal wedding use

The WedSpeech.ai website, including its text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Kudometrics LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Payments and Refunds

WedSpeech.ai offers the following one-time packages. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

• Basic ($9.99): 500-word speech with 3 variations and basic formatting
• Standard ($14.99): 800-word speech with 5 variations, enhanced formatting, PDF download, and delivery tips
• Premium ($19.99): 1,200-word speech with 8 variations, premium formatting, multiple download formats, and a practice timer

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

Refund Policy

• No refunds after delivery: Once a speech has been generated and delivered to you, no refund is available. Generation and delivery are the full delivery of the product.
• Before delivery: If your speech has not been generated or delivered because of a technical problem on our side, you may request a refund or a free regeneration within 7 days of purchase.
• Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same order, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
• How to request: Email info@wedspeech.ai with the email address used for purchase and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
• Processing: Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
• Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WedSpeech.ai disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or free of errors
• A generated speech will meet your particular expectations
• Any errors will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WedSpeech.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to WedSpeech.ai in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including for a violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. AI-Generated Content

Speeches are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, generic phrasing, or unintended similarity to other content. WedSpeech.ai does not guarantee that any generated speech is original, accurate, or appropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing any generated speech before you use it.

15. No Professional Advice

Generated speeches are provided for personal and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, therapeutic, relationship, or other professional advice. Verify any factual statement in a generated speech before you rely on it.

16. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including payment processors, email providers, and AI generation services. WedSpeech.ai is not responsible for the availability, errors, or output of these providers, and your use of the Service is also subject to their applicable terms and policies.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WedSpeech.ai, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or your delivery or use of any generated speech.

18. Copyright Infringement

If you believe content generated by or through the Service infringes your copyright, notify us at info@wedspeech.ai with a description of the copyrighted work and the allegedly infringing content. We will investigate and take appropriate action.

19. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

You and WedSpeech.ai agree to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms through binding individual arbitration. Each party waives the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class or representative action. Either party may instead bring a claim in small claims court where applicable.

20. Force Majeure

WedSpeech.ai is not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including outages or failures of third-party services, acts of God, or internet or telecommunications failures.

21. Assignment

WedSpeech.ai may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and WedSpeech.ai regarding the Service and replace any earlier agreements.

24. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
